At first, I felt it was off filling in the questionnaire because when I talk to my friends some say they sa they sit and talk for about an hour with a therapist about things and I found this method strange to begin with. On reflection, it has been really helpful and the reviewing that happens every week helps me to keep track of my mood and I can see that difference in how my mood has changed. I found it helpful work on especially eliminating the high-risk area. This has helped me realise that I am capable of making change, thanks it has been really helpful.
